Refund policy

At Beaucoup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and customer-friendly process for returns and refunds.

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that are damaged, used, altered, or returned without proper packaging may not be accepted.

Returns can be initiated either through WhatsApp or via our website. Customers are required to provide their order number along with the reason for return at the time of initiating the request.

If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, a clear photo of the item must be sent to our support email at support@mybeaucoup.com for verification. In such cases, the product will not be refunded; instead, a replacement will be arranged after successful verification.

For eligible non-damaged returns, once the product is received and inspected by our team, customers will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

For damaged or defective items, we offer replacement only. For all other exchange requests, customers are required to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email and share a clear photo of the product at support@mybeaucoup.com . Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
